At Zayora, we create artisan-crafted garments featuring hand embroidery, hand painting, beadwork, and other handcrafted details. Many of our products are made-to-order, allowing us to deliver unique pieces crafted with care and attention to detail.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
* You received a damaged item.
* You received a defective item.
* You received an incorrect item.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Handmade & Artisan Variations
Many Zayora products feature handcrafted techniques such as embroidery, beadwork, hand painting, and artisan finishing.
As a result, slight variations in color, stitching, artwork placement, bead placement, or handcrafted details may occur from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
Sizing Information
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
Returns or refunds for sizing issues are generally not accepted.
If you have questions regarding sizing before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Personal preference regarding design, color, embroidery style, or artwork
* Incorrect size selected by the customer
* Custom-made or personalized products
* Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Zayora may offer:
* A replacement item, or
* A full refund
Customers may be required to provide photographs for verification before a replacement or refund is approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.
